Diaper Concierge, a small business founded by Erin England in Dallas, is set to expand to multiple airports across the country this summer. England started the business out of necessity and desperation after struggling to find diaper-changing items while out with her 6-month-old daughter.

England’s experience as a first-time mom was challenging, especially due to her struggle with postpartum depression. She found solace in getting out of the house with her daughter but often struggled to find diaper-changing items in public places. This inspired her to create a solution that would help other parents who might face the same difficulties.

Diaper Concierge has already expanded to 15 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and will be opening a new location at Terminal C of DFW Airport this summer. The machine sponsored by Children’s Health at SMU Ford Stadium will offer free diapers, and Diaper Concierge will also be expanding to airports in Houston, Austin, and Arkansas.

Through her business, England hopes to send a message to parents, especially moms, that they are not alone in their struggles. For every diaper purchased through Diaper Concierge, the company donates one diaper to the National Diaper Bank Network, giving back to families in need.
