Detroit-based pizza chain Little Caesars has announced the promotion of three executives to key leadership roles within its technology division. Keith Faigan, Afia Phillips, and Lance Shinabarger have been promoted to chief information officer, restaurant systems; chief information security officer; and chief information officer, shared technologies, and applications, respectively.

Faigan has a decade-long career at Little Caesars and previously oversaw software initiatives and the company’s e-commerce platform. Phillips has been with Ilitch for over 15 years and established a strategic enterprise information security program to mitigate cybersecurity risks across the portfolio. Shinabarger has seven years of experience at Little Caesars and led global infrastructure for several Ilitch companies including the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Tigers.

Anita Klopfenstein, global chief information officer at Ilitch, stated that these promotions highlight the incredible talent and dedication of their leadership team. “Keith, Afia, and Lance have consistently demonstrated their commitment to innovation and excellence through their strong leadership,” she said. “We are confident that they will continue to drive our technology initiatives forward.”
