Delta Airlines has been named the Best Airline in North America for the fourth consecutive year and the Best Airline Staff Service in North America by Skytrax World Airline Awards. These awards were voted for by travelers through Skytrax’s World Airline Survey, which is the largest customer experience survey of its kind. Ralph Albus, Delta’s Director of Global Communications EMEAI, expressed pride in receiving these awards and highlighted Delta’s commitment to providing the best travel experience for their 200 million customers each year.

Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted congratulated Delta on its achievement and emphasized that both management and staff should feel proud of these accolades. In addition to these awards, Delta has also received numerous other recognitions this year, including being named the Best U.S. Airline by The Points Guy, being recognized as one of Fortune’s ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’, and being the top-ranked airline for First/Business and Premium Economy Passenger Satisfaction in J.D. Power’s 2024 North America Airline Satisfaction Study.
