Tottenham Hotspur recently signed Radu Dragusin from Genoa, but it seems that Morten Frendrup is the player now attracting attention from clubs abroad. Frendrup had been linked with a move to Milan in recent months and there is now reported Premier League interest in him.

Gianluca di Marzio, an Italian journalist, reports that an English club has made an offer of €25 million for the Danish midfielder, who had an impressive 2023/24 season. Genoa is keen on keeping Frendrup at the club for the upcoming season as he is considered a key player in Alberto Gilardino’s team. In the previous campaign, Frendrup played 37 games in Serie A, scoring two goals and providing five assists.

While Liverpool had previously been linked with Frendrup, the identity of the English club that made the recent offer remains unknown. It will be interesting to see how this transfer saga unfolds and whether Frendrup ultimately makes a move abroad.
