The couple has a live-in caretaker to provide Sandy with the full-time help she needs as she struggles with walking and talking. In a text to the Star-Telegram, Michael expressed his commitment to supporting his wife through this difficult journey. He has been married to Sandy since 1990 and they have been leaning on each other for support during this challenging time.

Michael Irvin was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2007 after a successful career with the Dallas Cowboys. He was the team’s first-round pick in 1988 and played with them until after the 1999 season. During his time with the Cowboys, Irvin caught 750 passes for 11,904 yards and 65 touchdowns, contributing to the team’s three Super Bowl victories.
