CRI Advantage, a Boise-based technology solutions provider, has recently secured a national contract with Argonne National Laboratory in Lemont, Illinois. Under the terms of the contract, CRI will be leading the creation and implementation of the lab’s enterprise registration system known as the Argonne Enterprise Registration System (AERS). This innovative system aims to revolutionize the way data is collected and processed for tens of thousands of non-employees, including domestic and international visitors to ANL each year.

To develop the AERS, CRI will be utilizing partner company ServiceNow’s platform. This partnership will help streamline the visitor registration process, transitioning from outdated systems to a more intuitive and efficient interface. Monte Brookshier, CEO of CRI, expressed excitement about the partnership with Argonne, highlighting their commitment to innovation and developing user-centric solutions for complex challenges.

CRI is also nearing the final phase of rolling out its Universal Proposal Management System designed for Argonne, SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, and Brookhaven National Laboratory. Built on the ServiceNow platform, this system will provide thousands of global researchers and scientists with streamlined access to scientific research opportunities and tools within these renowned laboratories. This project further solidifies CRI’s presence within the Department of Energy National Laboratory ecosystem and demonstrates their dedication to developing cutting-edge solutions for their customers.
