Debbi Honey, RN, is a highly qualified healthcare professional who has recently been recognized as one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s 90 Patient Safety Experts to Know. Since 2017, she has served as the senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Covenant Health, where her responsibilities include overseeing the quality and safety of nursing operations and standardizing processes to enhance patient and operational support activities.
Honey holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Minnesota. She is also certified as an Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) professional and a Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
