As we count down to the start of the 2024 NFL season and the Arizona Cardinals’ regular-season opener against the Buffalo Bills, there are 71 days left until kickoff. One player currently wearing No. 71 for the Cardinals is offensive lineman Dennis Daley.

Daley is heading into his second year with the team but has yet to make a significant impact. Last season, he started the season on injured reserve due to an ankle injury suffered in the preseason finale. Throughout the season, he appeared in three games and started one at left guard, joining a rotation of players at that position. Prior to Daley, offensive lineman Justin Murray wore No. 71 for the Cardinals from 2019-2021.

Murray was claimed off waivers and quickly became a starter, beginning with 12 games at right tackle in 2019 and transitioning to guard in 2020. However, a back injury limited his playing time in 2021 and he only appeared in three games before leaving for other teams. Since then, Murray has played for the Bills and Titans, showcasing his skills as a solid starter when needed.
