Compassus, a home-based care provider, has announced a partnership with OhioHealth to offer home health and hospice services. With nearly 7,000 employees caring for over 120,000 patients across 30 states annually, Compassus will now manage the home health and hospice operations of both organizations. This collaboration aims to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in need of support in the comfort of their own homes.

Compassus CEO Mike Asselta expressed his pride in working with OhioHealth to ensure that patients receive superior care through this partnership. Asselta recently assumed the role of CEO following the departure of former CEO David Grams. This joint effort with OhioHealth is just one of many partnerships that Compassus has established, including ventures with other health systems like Bon Secours Mercy Health and Ascension Health.
