Health warnings are still in effect at some Los Angeles County coastal locations due to a recent sewage spill. The warnings have been issued because the bacterial levels in the water exceed health standards. As of Monday morning, the warnings remain at several locations along the coast.

These locations include Escondido Creek at Escondido State Beach, Malibu Lagoon at Surfrider Beach, Santa Monica Canyon Creek at Will Rogers State Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Pico-Kenter storm drain at Santa Monica Beach, Mothers Beach in Marina Del Rey, Redondo Beach Pier, and Inner Cabrillo Beach in San Pedro. At these locations, people are advised to avoid the water.

However, the warnings have been lifted at Ballona Creek at Dockweiler State Beach and Venice Beach. It is still important for beachgoers to heed any health warnings and updates to ensure their safety while swimming in these coastal areas.
