Reesha Radia, a former Citibank individual with almost five years of experience in execution sales-focused roles, has joined the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as a senior manager in business development and sales. She will start her new role in April, shortly after the arrival of LSEG’s new head of secondary markets sales and business development, Richard Worrell.

Prior to joining Citibank, Radia completed several summer and spring analyst internships at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. She replaces Worrell, who previously held the role of head of EMEA equity trading at Janus Henderson before making a move to the buy-side. With his extensive background in equity trading, Worrell brings valuable expertise to his new position at LSEG.

Radia’s appointment comes as LSEG continues to expand its business development division. Her experience in execution sales will be particularly useful as she works to build relationships with new clients and grow LSEG’s presence in the market. With her passion for finance and her ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Radia is well-suited for this exciting opportunity at LSEG.
