The lakehouse was built in 1965 and underwent a complete overhaul using midcentury modern design.
Chip and Joanna made natural light and the surrounding nature key elements of the design. They created a beautiful and inviting space that is perfect for relaxing by the water. The couple’s dedication to their craft has continued to impress fans through spin-offs like “Fixer Upper: The Castle” and “Fixer Upper: The Hotel.”
