Recently, China has implemented export controls on aviation and aerospace technology and components with the aim of safeguarding national security and fulfilling international obligations. The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) announced the restrictions, stating that starting from July 1st, certain equipment, software, and technology related to the manufacturing of aerospace structures and engines will require permission for export.

Specific items such as tools, dyes, fixtures, and process equipment designed for superplastic forming/diffusion bonding of titanium, aluminum, and their alloys, used in the production of aircraft and spacecraft structures, engines or components will also be subject to export restrictions. This includes software and related technologies associated with these items.
