He addressed the leaders of Bahrain, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, and other Arab League nations, underscoring China’s support for a ceasefire and Palestinian membership in the United Nations.
China has consistently advocated for a two-state resolution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and has pledged support for humanitarian aid and post-war reconstruction efforts in Gaza. Xi announced that China will host the second China-Arab States Summit in 2026, signaling a continued commitment to strengthening ties with Arab nations.
