Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Isaiah Buggs has been arrested again, this time on charges of domestic violence/burglary. Court records show a $5,000 bond, but it is unclear if he has been released from custody. Buggs, a 27-year-old sixth-round pick of the Steelers in 2019, has also spent time with the Raiders and Lions. He joined the Chiefs’ practice squad in January and was later signed to the 90-man roster.

The Chiefs have faced multiple off-field issues this year, including eight pending felony charges against receiver Rashee Rice stemming from a street-racing incident in Dallas. Buggs was previously charged with animal cruelty misdemeanors last month, with his lawyer arguing that it was part of a campaign to force the closure of a hookah lounge he owns in Tuscaloosa.
