A new sports network is set to launch in Chicago, featuring games from three professional sports teams: the Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox. The Chicago Sports Network (CHSN) will begin airing in October across various platforms, offering over 300 live games from these teams annually. The network will also provide pre- and postgame coverage and 24-hour multisport programming.

Jason Coyle, who has over 20 years of experience in Chicago-based sports media leadership, has been appointed as president of the network. Coyle emphasized the network’s focus on providing the best experience for fans by maximizing distribution and production quality.

The joint venture between the Blackhawks, Bulls, White Sox, and Standard Media will broadcast from studios at the United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago. The network will kick off with airing preseason games for the Blackhawks and Bulls in October, and will begin showing White Sox games in 2025.

Standard Media, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is the partner of the three Chicago teams and will help with the network’s operations. They currently own media stations spanning from Rhode Island to Nebraska.

CHSN aims to reach most of Illinois, along with parts of Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin pending league approvals. The network will initially be available through traditional cable providers, streaming services
