CHICAGO, Ill. – A new sports network, the Chicago Sports Network (CHSN), is set to launch in October with a focus on covering the Chicago Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox games. The network will offer over 300 live games annually, as well as pre-and post-game coverage and multisport programming.

CHSN will be broadcasting from production studios located at Chicago’s United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field. The network will kick off in October with preseason games from the Blackhawks and Bulls, with the first White Sox game set to be broadcast in 2025. NBC Sports Chicago will continue to broadcast the remaining 2024 White Sox games.

The network is a joint venture between the three Chicago teams and Standard Media, with plans to reach a broader Midwest audience pending league approvals. CHSN will have agreements in place with cable providers, streaming services, and will be available through over-the-air broadcast.

President of CHSN Jason Coyle emphasized that the focus has been on serving fans in the best possible way. The team behind CHSN has decades of experience in negotiating distribution deals, and they are currently building out their staff and finalizing agreements.
