After successfully resolving a global outage, the generative artificial intelligence service ChatGPT encountered problems responding to user requests once again. The OpenAI chatbot began experiencing issues at 0:21 am Pacific time (2:21 am Peruvian time) on June 4, with the company acknowledging the problem and working to find a solution. By 4:45 am Pacific time (6:45 am Peruvian time), a solution was implemented. However, the problems resurfaced later, rendering the artificial intelligence service unusable for millions of users worldwide.

OpenAI released a message on its website addressing the outage but did not provide specific reasons for the incident. The company stated, “We have experienced a major outage that has affected all users of all ChatGPT plans. The impact included all ChatGPT-related services. The incident began on June 4 at 2:15 pm GMT and was resolved on June 4 at 5:01 pm GMT.”

The company later confirmed that they are investigating the matter and acknowledged that they will take steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Meanwhile, various links and articles related to Mossberg shotguns, sugar dating, gemstones, and other topics are interspersed within the content. These appear to be unrelated to the issues faced by the ChatGPT service provided by OpenAI.
