The University of Tennessee baseball team is preparing for the College World Series final against Texas A&M in pursuit of a national championship. As the No. 1 Vols, they will face off against the No. 3 Aggies in a best-of-three series, with Game 1 scheduled for Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN. This marks the fifth consecutive year that an SEC team will be crowned national champions.

Tennessee and Texas A&M previously met in the SEC Tournament on May 23, with the Vols emerging victorious with a score of 7-4. Interestingly, Vols coach Tony Vitello was once an assistant coach on Texas A&M coach Jim Schlossnagle’s staff at Texas Christian University from 2011-2013.

The game will take place in Omaha, Nebraska at Charles Schwab Field, and fans can catch the action on ESPN or stream it live on Fubo. The College World Series finals schedule includes Game 1 on Saturday, Game 2 on Sunday at 2 p.m. on ABC, and Game 3 (if necessary) on Monday at 7 p.m. on ESPN. According to BetMGM, the odds for the College World Series final are in favor of Tennessee at -200, while Texas A&M is sitting at +160.
