On Wednesday morning, a car drove through the front glass of a car audio shop in east Charlotte, causing significant damage to the building. The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. at Discount Car Audio on Milton Road near The Plaza. Video from the scene showed crime scene tape roping off the front of the building with shattered glass windows.
Just days before Christmas in December, another car crashed into the same business during the early morning hours. A person was seriously injured in that incident. It is unclear if there were any injuries related to Wednesday’s crash.
