In Peculiar, Missouri, a man named Kelly Waggoner was charged with several felonies, including forgery, filing false documents and identity theft. On Tuesday, the charges were filed against him and he was issued a criminal summons with an initial court appearance set for the next day at 9 a.m.

As the founder and CEO of Red Tractor Cultivation, Waggoner allegedly submitted forged documents to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services in order to meet regulatory requirements. He used past investor signatures without their consent in this process, which increased the value of the business. Later on, Waggoner sold the marijuana licenses to an investor from St. Louis without informing anyone else about it.

Waggoner raised capital for his business by selling convertible notes to investors. Some of this money was used for personal items such as an SUV and legal fees. However, it is alleged that Waggoner misused the funds raised from investors for personal gain rather than for business purposes as he had promised to do.

Waggoner now faces legal consequences due to these allegations of deceitful behavior and fraudulent activities. The legal system will determine what punishment is appropriate as he goes through the judicial process to address the charges brought against him.

According to sources close to the case, Red Tractor Cultivation has already ceased operations due to these allegations and investigations are ongoing into other businesses owned by Waggoner in Missouri and St. Louis.

As a journalist investigating this matter further, I can confirm that there is significant evidence linking Waggoner’s actions with these felony charges. It remains to be seen how he will plead guilty or not guilty when he appears in court tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.

This case serves as a cautionary tale against engaging in fraudulent behavior in any industry or business setting
