In May, the Community Action Agency of Columbiana County’s Health Centers are celebrating Women’s Health Month by hosting a gift basket drawing at five of their locations. The team preparing for the drawings includes Dr. Kristi Johnson, OB-GYN; Mallory Smith, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner; Carlie Zimmermann, CMA; Norita Price, LPN; and Linda Devore, LPN.
Both existing and new patients are encouraged to schedule appointments for services including primary care, physicals, health checks, gynecological care, prenatal care/family planning, and blood testing during Women’s Health Month. To book an appointment, call 330-424-5686. The CAACC Health Centers are located at various locations in Lisbon, East Liverpool, Salem, and Salineville.
During this time any woman who visits a CAACC Health Center as a patient will have the chance to win a Women’s Health gift basket. The CAACC Health Centers offer federally-qualified primary care services that are open to all county residents regardless of their ability to pay. They accept Medicare and Medicaid and most private insurances as well as offering a sliding fee scale based on family income for those without insurance.
