United Regional Health Care System in Wichita Falls, Texas is currently hosting Hospital Week, a celebration also known as Derby Days. The week-long event has brought a joyful atmosphere to the hospital, with staff participating in various activities such as wearing big feathered hats, joining a fun run, and indulging in food truck treats.

Phyllis Cowling, President and CEO of United Regional, emphasized the importance of taking time to celebrate and thank the hardworking hospital staff during this special week. She encouraged employees to let go of stress and have fun while being treated to a variety of activities and events, including a golf tournament and a fun run later in the week. In addition to the festivities, employees have also received gifts as a token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work.
