Cathay Pacific recently unveiled its newly designed Premium Economy cabin, set to be featured on retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER aircraft later this year. The airline showcased these upgraded seats at a customer event last week.

The new Premium Economy seats offer a range of features designed to enhance the passenger experience. Some key highlights include leather headrests and customised seat cushions, privacy wings equipped with a reading light next to the headrest, and a large 15.6-inch 4K ultra-high-definition screen offering 4K on demand and Bluetooth audio streaming. Passengers will also have access to storage spaces for their personal devices, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience.

In response to current health and safety concerns, Cathay Pacific has incorporated touch-free features in the new toilets within the Premium Economy cabin, aiming to minimize contact and provide a more hygienic environment for travelers. These enhancements reflect the airline’s commitment to prioritizing the well-being and comfort of its passengers, further setting them apart as a leading provider of premium travel services.
