Croatia’s national football team is on the verge of qualifying for the 2024 European Championship. With a win against Armenia on Tuesday at 8:45 p.m. in Maksimir, they can secure their direct qualification. After a 2-0 victory over Latvia and a draw between Wales and Armenia, Croatia no longer needs to calculate their chances and can focus on winning three points to secure their spot in Germany.

Coach Zlatko Dalić highlighted the importance of taking the game seriously and not underestimating Armenia, despite their slim chances of qualifying. He urged the team to maintain maximum seriousness and intelligence, reminding them that they must not disappoint their fans and aim for qualification for a major competition.

Croatia is widely regarded as the favorite to win against Armenia, having previously defeated them in September with Andrej Kramarić scoring the only goal in their previous encounter. Bookmakers have given Croatia a coefficient of 1.20 for victory, 14 for an Armenian victory, and 6.00 for a draw. The match will be broadcast on Sportklub 7.
