Canary Technologies, a company that offers guest management solutions for hotels, has recently raised $50 million in a Series C funding round. This brings their total funding to nearly $100 million. Insight Partners, who also led the company’s Series B funding round in 2022, was the lead investor for this latest round. F-Prime Capital, Thayer Ventures, Y-Combinator and Commerce Ventures also participated in the funding.

Working with over 20,000 hoteliers worldwide, Canary Technologies provides solutions to digitize processes from post-booking through checkout. The company aims to eliminate paper processes and increase efficiency, boost revenue and enhance the guest experience while reducing chargebacks and payment fraud. They are currently deploying one of the largest rollouts of guest-facing artificial intelligence technology ever seen in the hospitality industry.
