The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has released a request for quotation (RFQ) for maintenance, calibration, inspection, and repair services on the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the California State Prison, Solano water treatment plant. The performance period for this agreement will run from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027. The initial agreement cannot exceed $180,000, according to RFQ documents.

If it is in the best interest of the CDCR, the resulting agreement may be amended to extend the term and/or increase funding consistent with the original scope of services. Prospective vendors must participate in a mandatory walk-through of the facility before submitting a quote package. Walk-throughs must be arranged through Martha Gallegos and Billy Ray Butler by April 5.

Interested vendors have until May 7 to submit their bid package. Ashley Koewler is the point of contact for this RFQ.
