In the West Seattle area, there were four crime reports today. The first two incidents involved business burglaries. At Morgan Junction Domino’s, a crash-and-grab burglary occurred, resulting in the theft of a safe. Despite this, there was no significant damage to the business. Meanwhile, at A Pizza Mart, another pizza burglary took place, but the time of the incident was not specified.

Later in the day, a reader emailed in a photo and report about a safe that was found dumped south of The Junction. It remains unclear if this is the same safe that was stolen from Domino’s. The safe was discovered in an alley between California and 42nd, just south of Edmunds.

Lastly, an incident involving car prowl was reported in the North Admiral/Schmitz Park area just before 5 am. During this time, a suspect was seen checking car handles. However, they were scared off by a neighbor before any theft occurred.
