Au Vodka, a British spirits brand, has broken the Guinness World Record for the largest bottle of vodka ever created. The massive golden bottle stands at 2.1 meters tall and holds 250 liters of vodka. It is currently on display at Stansted Airport until June 24th.

Charlie Morgan, Managing Director of Au Vodka, explained that the giant bottle was designed to set the brand apart in the competitive drinks market. He emphasized that the display is not just for show but also serves as a symbol of the brand’s ambition and global presence. One of Au Vodka’s high-profile supporters is DJ Charlie Sloth, who helped promote the brand through his social media platform.

The record-breaking bottle is also available for auction, with a starting bid of £150,000. To put it into perspective, a regular 700 millilitre bottle of Au Vodka costs £34.99, making this giant bottle significantly more expensive than its smaller counterparts. The previous record for the largest vodka bottle was held by Polish brand Chopin, with a 200l bottle.

Au Vodka has gained attention in recent years for its unique marketing strategies and has been successful in the travel retail sector. They paid influencer Jake Paul $250,000 to get a tattoo of their bottle as part of an advertising campaign that generated buzz on social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter.

While impressive, this giant vodka bottle still falls short of holding the world’s largest whisky bottle title, which fetched over £1 million at auction.

Overall, Au Vodka’s achievement shows their commitment to innovation and creating unique products that stand out in the marketplace.
