Mitoma, a winger for Brighton FC, is excited to take his teammates to his home country of Japan for pre-season in July. Despite missing a substantial amount of time this season due to a back injury, Mitoma has confirmed he will be fit to play in the two friendly matches in Tokyo.

Mitoma believes this is a rare opportunity for the team and hopes many fans will come out to watch them live in these two matches. He is looking forward to a warm welcome in Japan and believes it will be a fantastic experience for both the players and the club to explore the country and all it has to offer.

The Seagulls will face Kashima Antlers and Tokyo Verdy at the 68,000 capacity National Stadium on July 24th and July 28th, respectively. Mitoma is eager to show his teammates around Japan and is excited for his first matches back after recovering from his injury.
