Max Granville, a standout four-star defensive lineman from Fort Bend Christian Academy (Texas), is currently being sought after by some of the top college football programs in the nation, including USC. With offers from powerhouse schools such as Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Oklahoma, Penn State, Texas, and Texas A&M, Granville has plenty of options to consider for his college career. However, it appears that USC is a strong contender for his commitment.

Granville hails from Sugar Land, Texas and has already built an impressive high school resume. In just two years of playing high school football, the Class of 2025 prospect has amassed 160 tackles, 32.5 sacks, 14 pass breakups, and nine forced fumbles. His athletic talent runs in the family as well – his mother Gretchen played volleyball at N.C. State and his brother Zion plays linebacker at Illinois. However, it is his father Billy Granville who is truly the legend in the family – having been an all-state player in Texas before playing at Duke and later in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals and Houston Texans.

Granville has been actively visiting colleges to explore his options and has USC on his schedule along with Texas A&M and an upcoming visit to Oklahoma. According to On3’s Steve Wiltfong, Texas A&M is predicted to be the landing spot for Granville despite interest from Oklahoma and Penn State.
