Kiotti Armstrong, a 6-foot-5, 246-pound tight end from Jasper, Texas, has committed to Texas A&M over the Longhorns. This makes him the highest-ranked commit in the Aggies’ 2025 class. Since Mike Elko returned to Texas A&M as head coach, recruiting presence has been strong at the school.

Kiotti had long considered Texas A&M a top choice, even with changes in coaching staff and program restructuring. He cited his positive relationship with coaches Mike Elko and Trooper Taylor, the family-like atmosphere they provided, and the proximity of the school to his hometown as key factors in his decision. Darius Armstrong, Kiotti’s father, expressed his satisfaction with the recruiting process and visits to Texas A&M. He noted that the new coaching staff made a significant impact on their decision to commit to the Aggies.

As a junior player, Kiotti played in 11 games and scored several touchdowns despite not having many receptions. He finished the season with 26 catches for 268 yards and nine touchdowns, demonstrating his ability to consistently find the end zone with approximately one touchdown every 2.5 catches.
