The poisoning incident caused by bread in Long Khanh City has escalated, with 469 people now suspected of being affected. Two children are currently receiving dialysis, while 321 patients are undergoing treatment at the Long Khanh General Hospital and are in stable condition. However, 11 cases have been transferred to higher level hospitals, and 19 cases have already been discharged. Doctors have provided medication to many patients for monitoring purposes.

Meanwhile, at Dong Nai Children’s Hospital, 12 pediatric patients are being treated, with two of them requiring mechanical ventilation and dialysis. The remaining seven cases are receiving treatments such as intravenous fluids, antibiotics, oxygen, and correction of disorders. One child is still on mechanical ventilation and dialysis after consuming bread on April 30, while another serious case is a seven-year-old boy who also consumed the bread on the same day.
