The Southern Nevada Health District has teamed up with CredibleMind, an online mental health platform, to launch a new website that offers free resources aimed at improving mental health and well-being. The site, ClarkCountyThrive.crediblemind.com, provides evidence-based information, tools and resources to help individuals and communities build resilience.

Visitors to the site can take advantage of over a dozen scientifically-reviewed assessments that cover topics such as anxiety, depression, burnout and substance use. Resources are also available in both English and Spanish. In addition to these assessments, there are thousands of apps, podcasts, articles and videos that have been vetted across a variety of topics to help users develop skills to enhance their mental and emotional well-being in all areas of their lives.

To be eligible for the $100 gift card from CredibleMind, users must be at least 18 years old and create an account on the website. Taking the Mental Health Check-in assessment is also a requirement for entry into the drawing. However, account activation is not necessary to access the site’s resources and all information shared is kept confidential as stated by the health district.
