Bojangles has announced the promotion of Nick Swanson as their new Vice President of Business Insights and Analytics. Swanson, who joined the company in 2019, has a track record of leveraging consumer insights and data-driven decision-making to drive growth in notable brands within the retail and consumer packaged goods industries.

Since joining Bojangles, Swanson has worked tirelessly to build a strong data culture within the company. His efforts have led to growth in both existing and new markets by collaborating closely with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams. One of his key achievements has been the development of a business intelligence tool that provides actionable insights to corporate leadership, franchisees, and restaurant field teams.

Swanson’s exceptional leadership skills and deep understanding of Bojangles through a data-centric approach make him an ideal fit for this role. As he enters his fifth year with the company, he is committed to driving growth for the beloved chicken and biscuits brand by leveraging data and insights to achieve business goals.

With experience working with top brands like Rubbermaid, Banquet, and Hoover, Swanson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role at Bojangles. He will take over from Debra Wiesenberger, a veteran insights expert who retired after leading Bojangles’ business and consumer insights team for four years. Swanson will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Reese Stewart as he continues to drive growth, enhance customer experiences, and support stakeholders on the journey ahead.
