Ravindra Jadeja has retired from T20 International cricket, following in the footsteps of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Sachin Tendulkar penned a special note for the veteran all-rounder, commending his remarkable transformation in T20Is and wishing him success in the longer formats.

Throughout his T20I career, Jadeja played 74 matches for India, taking 54 wickets with his left-arm spin and scoring 515 runs as a lower middle-order batsman. He was a key player in India’s victorious T20 World Cup campaign, featuring in all matches. Jadeja made his T20I debut in 2009 against Sri Lanka at the R.Premadasa Stadium.

In an Instagram post, Jadeja expressed his gratitude as he bid farewell to T20 Internationals. He mentioned his pride in representing his country and thanked the fans for their unwavering support. Winning the T20 World Cup was a dream come true for him, marking the pinnacle of his T20 International career. Jadeja vowed to continue giving his best for India in other formats.
