Nepal’s Dipendra Singh Airee, Rohit Paudel and Sandeep Lamichhane each contributed with two wickets to restrict Bangladesh’s scoring.
In response, Nepal struggled to build partnerships and were quickly reduced to 26 for 5 before Dipendra Singh Airee and Kushal Malla staged a 57-run partnership to keep their hopes alive. However, the lower order collapsed, and Nepal fell short of their target by just six runs, finishing at 85 all out in 19.2 overs.
