On Friday, the Saudi Oil Company, Aramco, announced that the selling price of its shares in the secondary offering would be 27.25 riyals ($7.27) per share at the lower limit of the price range. This price was matched by 29 riyals at the upper limit. The offering included 1.545 billion shares, representing about 0.64% of the company’s issued shares.
Aramco reported that all subscribed shares were fully allocated to individual subscribers, with 1.33 million subscribers participating in the offering. Consequently, 10% of the offering shares would be allocated to individual subscribers, excluding those issued under the additional allocation option, while 90% would be allocated to subscribing institutions.
