Anthropic has launched its most powerful artificial intelligence (AI) to date, the 3.5 Sonnet model of chatbot Claude. This tool is capable of interpreting tables and graphs, transcribing text accurately from imperfect images, and extracting more information from images than text alone. It is ideal for tasks that require multiple steps to be followed, such as customer service or workflow development.

Anthropic announced Claude in March, joining other tech giants like Google and OpenAI in the AI race. The company compared Claude 3.5 Sonnet to other models like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Llama de Meta, surpassing them in various tests. Additionally, Anthropic introduced the Artifacts feature in Claude.ai, allowing users to view, edit, and develop the chatbot’s creations in real-time for tasks like drafting legal contracts or preparing business reports.

Later this year, Anthropic will launch two more chatbot models: the Claude 3.5 Haiku and Claude 3.5 Opus models. The company was founded by former OpenAI workers and is financially backed by Amazon, Google, and Salesforce, with $7.3 billion raised from five financing agreements last year. Some analysts predict that the AI market will reach $1 trillion in revenue within a decade. However, concerns have been raised about Anthropic’s investment strategies and AI development alliances with Amazon and Google by the FTC who opened an investigation into these matters in January.

Anthropic’s platform also features various profiles and presentations by users on different subjects such as online gambling
