Aima Osime, a graduate of Cal State Fullerton’s College of Business and Economics, has been recognized for her outstanding achievements during her time at the university. As one of more than 2,200 graduates celebrated, Osime’s impact on the university cannot be overstated.
Throughout her time as a student, Osime demonstrated a strong commitment to making a difference in her community and empowering women in male-dominated fields. In 2023-24, she served as one of three student representatives on the Dean’s Advisory Board and played a key role in shaping the college’s strategic planning to better reflect the needs and perspectives of Gen Z students.
In addition to her leadership roles and initiatives, Osime also founded Women in Business and STEM, a supportive community for female students at Cal State Fullerton who are interested in pursuing careers in business, science, engineering, math, and technology. Her involvement in this organization highlights her passion for promoting gender diversity and inclusion in these fields.
