The Jets have faced challenging early-season schedules for the past three years, but this season, it’s all about the timing of the games. Although there are some tough opponents on the schedule, there are also winnable games before their Week 12 bye. Teams like the Titans, Patriots, Broncos, Vikings and Cardinals could be within reach for the Jets to win if Aaron Rodgers remains healthy. The Jets have potential to have a winning record in the first half of the season with 6-5 or 7-4 not being out of the realm of possibility.

As the season progresses, the Jets will face tougher opponents in their final stretch of games. The last six games include matchups against playoff teams from previous years and other strong contenders.
