Columbus Community Hospital Receives Prestigious Worker Wellness Award from Nebraska Safety Council

Columbus Community Hospital has been recognized by the Nebraska Safety Council as a recipient of the 2023 Worker 360 Wellness Award. This prestigious award acknowledges organizations for their outstanding achievements in promoting total worker well-being.

Danielle Frewing, the director of Occupational Health Services for the hospital, expressed her gratitude for the recognition, stating that the hospital has dedicated years of effort towards developing a comprehensive wellness program for its employees. The Worker 360 Wellness Award offers three levels of recognition: bronze, silver, and gold. Each level highlights companies that prioritize worksite safety, worker well-being, and comprehensive wellness and safety initiatives for their employees. Columbus Community Hospital accepted the bronze award at the 46th Annual Nebraska Safety Council Conference on April 24th.
