On Sunday, April 21 at 2 p.m., Allen Green, Fire and Life Safety coordinator at the Chattanooga Fire Department, will be presenting a program on “Fire Prevention Technology for People With Hearing Loss” at Lake Hills Church of Christ in Chattanooga. The event is organized by the Hearing Loss Association of America, Chattanooga Chapter, and is open to the public free of charge.

Mr. Green, a native Chattanoogan who has been with the CFD since 2012 and holds a degree in chemistry from UTC, is known for his passion for helping people and volunteering in the community. His main focus is on making the community safer by providing education and promoting prevention.
