On April 4, reports from Kan-11 and Keshet-12 TV channels revealed that Israeli hospitals were called to the Ministry of Health to address potential threats from Iran. In response, the Ministry requested hospitals to have enough staff on hand for the upcoming weekend. Doctors and junior medical staff were also advised to be prepared to work at a moment’s notice in the coming days.

In addition to these precautions, the Ministry of Health urged hospitals to conduct emergency drills to practice their response in the event of a large-scale emergency with multiple casualties. This proactive approach aimed to ensure that hospitals were well-prepared to handle any situation that may arise.

Overall, the Ministry’s directives underscored the importance of readiness and preparedness in the face of potential threats. By taking these steps, Israeli hospitals can better protect and care for their patients in times of crisis.
