Tyler Blevins, commonly known as ‘Ninja’, has recently revealed to his 19 million Twitch followers that he has been diagnosed with cancer. The 32-year-old streamer disclosed that he suffers from melanoma, a type of skin cancer, after it was detected during his annual checkup with a dermatologist. The cancerous mole was found on the bottom of his foot.

Despite the shocking diagnosis, ‘Ninja’ remains optimistic as the disease was caught early. He also mentioned a second “dark spot” on his foot that is currently being investigated. In light of his experience, he encouraged his followers to regularly get their skin checked by medical professionals to catch any issues early.

Melanoma is primarily caused by exposure to the sun’s ultraviolet rays, making sunscreen an essential tool in prevention. ‘Ninja’s’ announcement serves as a reminder of the importance of skin health and the need for early detection in preventing serious health issues.
