The city of Chino is hosting its annual Healthy Family Day on April 6 at Ruben S. Ayala Community Park, located at 5575 Edison Ave. This year’s event, which takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is being held in partnership with the Chino Valley YMCA and aims to promote physical fitness and nutrition.
The theme for this year’s Healthy Family Day is superheroes, and families are encouraged to dress up in costumes to celebrate their inner superhero. The event will feature entertainment, children’s activities, obstacle courses, wellness screenings, fitness demonstrations, and information on health, fitness, and nutrition. Visitors can also enjoy food vendors and raffles throughout the day.
For pet lovers, Healthy Family Day will offer dog adoption opportunities, a best trick contest, a dog photo booth, and more.
