Schnucks Markets, Inc., a family-owned grocery retailer dedicated to nourishing people’s lives, is launching SchnucksSpringboard, a diverse-owned business accelerator program designed to support local diverse-owned businesses by providing education, resources, and access to opportunities. The program aims to help business owners succeed in partnership with the Mid-States Minority Supplier Development Council.

Those interested in applying for the program can visit schnucks.com/springboard before May 12. Selected participants will have the opportunity to conduct in-store product trials at select Schnucks stores, receive $5,000 in equity-free funding, and attend business development classes at Schnucks’ St. Louis headquarters.

Schnucks has been committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion for many years. In 2020, the company introduced its Unity Is Power plan to increase targeted community support for racial equity organizations like the Urban League. Last year, Schnucks received the Civic Leadership Award from ULSTL for its efforts. The company was also recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity in 2024 by Newsweek.
