Asher’s Coffee Beans is a new coffee shop located in Roanoke at 425 Campbell Ave S.W. The shop is owned by Jacob Asher Galbraith, a native of Northern Virginia who has recently launched his coffee business. Galbraith holds a degree in culinary nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and has worked as a chef at Wilderness Adventure in New Castle before launching his coffee business in 2021.

The shop offers 17 different blends and single origin coffees sourced from around the world, with the top seller being a low-acid roast from Peru. Galbraith roasts his own beans using an Aillio Bullet drum roaster at the LEAP kitchen. He started with events at a hardware store in Salem before expanding to farmer’s markets and wholesaling. The store is open to customers looking for unique and high-quality coffee blends.
