The first two days of the 2024 NCAA Men’s College World Series (MCWS) have been announced, and the excitement is building for baseball fans everywhere. The 77th MCWS will take place at Charles Schwab Field Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska, from June 14-23/24.
The opening game on Friday, June 14 will feature No. 4 national seed North Carolina (47-14) against No. 12 national seed Virginia (46-15), with the matchup showcased on ESPN at 1 p.m. Central time. Meanwhile, No. 1 national seed Tennessee (55-12) will face off against No. 8 national seed Florida State (47-15) in the second game of the day, scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Central time on ESPN as well.
Saturday’s action includes a highly anticipated matchup between No. 2 national seed Kentucky (45-14) and either No. 7 national seed Georgia (43-16 through June 9) or No.
