The deadline for submitting entries for Lightwave+BTR’s 2024 Diamond Technology Review is June 21, 2024. This program aims to acknowledge and reward recent innovations in the broadband industry’s products and services. Companies can nominate multiple products through the online portal, with eligibility for products and services introduced or significantly upgraded since SCTE Cable-Tec Expo 2023.
Each entry will be evaluated by an independent panel of judges consisting of cable industry veterans and other experts. Judges will rate each entry on a scale of 1 to 5 based on its utility and level of innovation. Entries that receive an average score of 3.5 or higher will be recognized as Diamond Technology Review honorees. The honorees and their scores will be announced in September, with high-scoring entries receiving additional recognition at the 2024 SCTE Cable-Tec Expo in Atlanta, Georgia on September 24-26.
The high-scoring entries will be recognized in various categories including Active Network Hardware, Back Office, Cabling & Accessories, CCAP Systems, Content Discovery, CPE, Field Test Instruments, FTTH/Optical Access Platforms, Installation & Engineering Services, Mobile Networking, Monitoring & Analysis, Network-Level Test Instruments
